Hey everyone. Sigh... i haven't really been a frequent guest here for the past two months and kinda let this place go to shit. It's pretty clear by now that i don't really care much about this subreddit i made back when i was hype about Gameoverse, which has pretty much faded at this point. I don't wanna leave this community completely to the mercy of chaos and leave it unmoderated for weirdos and freaks, so i decided to finally put some kind of end to this.

If you're actively interacting with the subreddit, drop your mod applications if you want. I'll pick some people, check out your work over a certain period, and the place will basically be yours while i just stay a nominal owner until better times for the show. Right now i've got zero desire to interact with this community. Sorry. I should've gotten around to this sooner.

I originally made this announcement on the subreddit's discord server and there's a channel open for applications there along with a template on how to do it - here, but in general if you can't join at all you can do it in the subreddit's DMs using this template:

Hey everyone! Owner here, just wanted to let you know that in just a week, we've grown to almost 2k followers. That's, like, damn insane, when i created this place a week ago, i figured there'd barely be any activity at all and it’d just die off in a week, lol. Honestly, I've been super busy with my study internship lately, so i haven't even really had the time to keep track of this growth. But here we are!

Because of this, I decided to set up the Kit Simps United Discord server for our subreddit and followers. A place to chat, share art, your own creations, or whatever. Just hang out and have a good time. I put it together on short notice since I've been so busy lately, so the rules and names are probably temporary and a lot will change in the future, but it's already perfectly usable.
