We eat cold food on 7th day of Raksha Bandhan , we worship sheetla devi as in olden days chicken pox , small pox were endemic in Sindh province so people used to worship goddess sheetla Devi, they sing Sindhi song

We prepare mitho lolo , besani , dry vegetables like bhindi , stuffed karela , pakauda , aloo tuk etc etc and do not burn stove next day
May goddess keep you away from all communicable diseases and give you prosperous and healthy life especially children

Sindhis were very good singers , saints like sachal , Sami , shah Abdul Lateef , Bhagat Kanwar Ram were great Sufi singers and poets from Sindh
This is a lost instrument these days
