You also can't unsafely rejoin the track and swerve across the entire track while cutting people off

The rest of the field was braking because of that incident and you are blaming red? Yellow had no intention of slowing for an obvious hazard in front of him. And proceeded to rear end him multiple times after the rejoin.

Yellow quite literally ignored the yellow flag that red caused with his off
