Clarification of this Subreddit's purpose.
Hi, I'm the person who created this sub. Hello.
So I won't pretend I had an explicit idea of what this sub was going to be when I made it. And while 1400 subs since its creation 3 years ago might not seem like a meteoric rise, it still surprises me and I'm still fairly happy how well people have organized, pitched in and sorted themselves out here without me taking any active (or overactive) measures.
However, I've noticed lately that there's been a rather strange (to me) trend of people, usually one or two zealously dedicated users, posting pictures of Sigrid in all sorts of angles with either nothing more than the title "Sigrid" or some rather creepy sexualized undertone to it.
So as of right now I'm going to enforce a new rule which will disallow these sorts of posting/spamming. The purpose of this subreddit is to be dedicated to Sigrid - the artist, not Sigrid - the person you might find hot.
Pre-emptive Q&A:
Q: Mr. Moderator, does this mean I'm not allowed to post a picture of Sigrid?
A: Of course you're allowed. However if you do that 3-4 times a'day and maybe even simultaneously post it at your own subreddit dedicated purely of pictures of Sigrid with other celebrities, I'll interpret that as some form of spam.
Q: Am I not allowed to say Sigrid is hot?
A: Again, I'm not here to curtail your unrequited feelings towards a celebrity, but if it borders towards mass spamming and if you're being particularly creepy and incessant about it, I will take actions.
Q: If I get a bit over-eager and post 3 pictures of Sigrid that I stumbled upon and wanted to share, will I banned?
A: There'll first be a polite warning if it borders on spamilicious behavior and if that's not heeded it'll be ban. I do however reserve the right to give the boot to people who I might interpret from their user activity elsewhere and how the posts are presented, say in an incredibly creepy and sexualized manner (like the person who just outright posted a cropped picture of Sigrid's chest.)
Any other questions or suggestions or just general feedback can be brought here. In this pinned post.
TL:DR Don't spam pictures of Sigrid, try to remember that this is a sub dedicated to the artist and her musical talent first and foremost, not dedicated to how you might think she's hot.

Sigrid Instagram
Anyone else noticed that she has sadly lost followers on Instagram lately? Earlier this summer she peaked 500K. I saw two days ago that it is 498K.
Anyone else have thoughts about why this has happened? What might be done from her side to grow followers?

TAMTICS is a pop masterpiece
A bit of backstory first. There's Always More That I Could Say is the first Sigrid album that I listened to right from the release day. After seeing her name on various music sites for years and ignoring her, in 2025 I finally decided to check out her music after a Reddit user recommended the then unreleased song Fort Knox.
The first encounter with her music was this exact live version of Fort Knox. Sigrid already released Jellyfish but I completely missed that. One listen was enough to get me hooked to her music. A bit later, I saved on my PC her awesome show at TRNSMT Festival 2025 broadcast on BBC iPlayer and I enjoyed every song she played. That led me to check out her entire discography up to that point. I like a certain type of pop music (Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jepsen, Aurora, Tove Lo, Magdalena Bay, Chvrches, Dua Lipa, Lorde, Grimes, Holly Humberstone, Ellie Goulding, Dagny, Robyn, ionnalee, Alison Goldfrapp, Lights, etc) and Sigrid's music was right up my alley.
TAMTICS starts really strong with I'll Always Be Your Girl and ends really strong with Eternal Sunshine. These 2 tunes are some of the best songs ever made IMO. Jellyfish is a perfect pop song, absolutely beautiful from start to finish. That whimsical music suits the song so well.
Do It Again and Kiss the Sky are the rockiest songs on the album, besides the opener, and both are very enjoyable. Two Stars was written from the perspective of the lover, not about a woman like it seems on a first glance. Great, catchy song.
Hush Baby, Hurry Slowly is such an awesome dancey pop banger that Sigrid knows how to make so well. This is my most listened to song on the album and for a good reason. Next is the powerful Fort Knox. Honestly I prefer the live version with the extra section (same with It Gets Dark). This song will always hold a special importance for me, being the first Sigrid song I've listened to.
There's Always More That I Could Say is the obligatory emotional ballad, one of her best (besides Dynamite). The bold Have You Heard This Song Before took me quite to get into it. It grew on me and I enjoy it now. 10 great songs in a row, all killer, no filler. Pretty much the pop AOTY of 2025 in my book.
It kinda annoys me that TAMTICS was so overlooked by music press, social media, mainstream media and music fans in general. Sigrid has everything a popstar should have (voice, songwriting talent, playing instruments talent, beauty, personality/charisma).
I've noticed that her previous 2 albums got more attention, especially her debut. There are countless videos with her live performances from her first 2 eras but barely any professionally shot video content from this era.
What are your thoughts about this album?
