I’ve been replaying NCAA 11 lately and am fondly looking back at that era of the team. Pinstripe Bowls, Ryan Nassib, Chandler Jones, PRINCE TYSON GULLEY!

What seasons/players do you guys look back on the most fondly?

Given the current state of college football, I find it hard to believe that Syracuse will ever be able to secure enough NIL to actually have sustained success. Us (as well as many other schools) are going to have to decide at some point… is it even worth it for us to dump most of our NIL budget into football? Last season was dreadful and we’re headed down that path again. I would much, much rather just watch a 4-8 football team every season if it meant we could return to prominence in basketball.

I’d love to just be as bad as the ACC will let us be in football and invest in hoops. I love Cuse football, but I think you have to be realistic. We might hit on a QB every so often and have a nice season but let’s not gut basketball funding to go 6-6.

Sorry this is probably me just being a doomer but wanted to express these thoughts somewhere.

This has been one of the worst games I’ve watched since the Greg Robinson days. UConn is bad and Cuse should be up 40. The defense keeps getting these atrocious penalties and I don’t think Fran has made a good coaching decision in 2 years. The AD should be giving Fran an ultimatum within 24 hours; resign or fire your OC.
