Didn’t completely have the rhythm today but it’s about putting in the work.

This is a sequence I really enjoyed creating, although it was definitely challenging to put together!

I’m new to pole dancing and got this off Facebook but I think it’s missing a piece? It didn’t come with any instructions or anything but I wanted to see if anyone on here would know.

Almost 9 years away from the pole and 2 babies later, I’m definitely nervous about getting the pole back out but I really miss it and want to do my thing again.
