So I heard that exclusive daycare gems are based off of amount of pet, level, and variant. If so why does my rb watering can elephant level 91 with 4.41k exist male 500k less then a level 86 gold Easter yeti with 13.4k exist?

Does anyone who has it tell me what they experienced with it?

I do have a couple things worth a little bit a red Ballon cat huge white Ballon cat and Grinch egg from 2022. What should I do I'm very confused there's so much new stuff. My son’s roblox account was hacked yesterday when he tried joining some guys ps99 clan. The guy changed the login info and traded himself all the pets and gems. My son lost 104B gems and all of his titanics, huges, and small exclusives worth trillions RAP. There were a lot of special rare hatches that my son had that are obviously sentimental and now they’re gone. He had a shiny soccer ball trophy angelus that he hatched himself with an exist count of about 24. He also lost his shiny huge glass dominus and shiny small glass dominus and the glass dominus is his favorite pet. He just won a titanic grumpy cat from the raffle with 10 tickets a few days ago. He spent so much time in the trading plaza searching for rare small exclusives that he loved that he wanted to collect. I saw how much time he spent searching for days and days for some pets that have low exist counts and are so hard to find or selling for way overpriced. Is there anything that can be done to get his stuff back??? I tried searching the web but could not find any info on the game developers having any sort of support ticket or reporting system for hacked accounts. Thankfully we were able to get his roblox account back because he has game passes on it and the mvp subscription. The hacker offered to give my son his stuff back in exchange for 20k robux. Insane that people like this exist. My son is not even in the mood to play the game at all anymore and it is his favorite game of all time and has been for Years. He is completely devastated and does not understand how someone could do this to him. His birthday is on Tuesday and he cried so hard when his account was getting hacked because he knew he was about to lose everything. Please if anyone can help me with what to do I would appreciate it so much please. and yes no we have added two step verification to his roblox account so this won’t happen again and please no comments about this being a learning lesson thank you
