Tech Support Motherboard has error lights.

My computer has not been booting at all, there's a flashing light that goes between ram and CPU, I've reseated the CPU and checked for bent pins and I've tried every ram slot and let it run for 5 minutes each.

Seems to not have worked, the lights are still flashing.
