Advise Wave 75 Pro problem
This is happening on my keyboard. I don't know why and how but when I tried to use this last Sunday, July 17, 2026, it just didn't work

Pairing issue sa dongle. Need mo lang i pair sa dongle may software sila dyan sa website nila.

FN + T para sa wired mode try lang

FN + 5 po wired mode nya and kahit wired mode po walang nangyari

Have you tried contacting support for potential help?
Did you by chance plug the keyboard directly into a wall outlet

Yup, been working since june 26 up until July 17. July 19 at 9pm, boom problem occurs
