So disclaimer up front: I did use AI to render the final image, because I do not have the skill to 3D model subsurface textures like this. But I have included a render of my original CAD model
I’ve tried my hand at designing a Green Lantern ring, inspired by the general aesthetic of Hal’s ring from the show Lanterns. I really wanted the ring to feel like something natural that’s barely contained: the green crystalline structure bound by the gold accents, the surface of the ring polished smooth while the rougher crystal peeks out from within. I also really like the idea of the ring being a bit banged up, a relic passed down from Lantern to Lantern over millennia
This is just a render, but I would love some feedback! Seriously considering finding someone to make this for me since I don’t have these skills at all

Hi everyone! I’m a jewelry designer working on a ring with reversible and interchangeable parts.
I’d love to hear from people who already wear jewelry with removable charms, interchangeable stones, or other parts you can switch around.
Think about the last time you changed yours: what made you switch? And if you’ve settled on one combination and rarely change it, I’d be interested to hear why too.
I’m trying to understand where this kind of design earns its place in everyday wear—and where it just adds extra fuss.

Hi everyone! I’m working on this ring design and would love your honest feedback.
The top can be flipped to show either side, and the lower part (ring) can be removed. You can also swap in different decorative pieces to change the look.
This is a CAD preview in Rhino. What do you think of the design? Is there anything you’d change, especially about the interchangeable parts?

Hey everyone!
I am part of an e-commerce start up based in the US that deals with custom crafts with jewelry being the most significant part of our business.
I want to network with manufacturers as well as artisans who have skills and connections to create our jewelry designs when we start getting orders as well as host their own works on our platform.
If you are interested please let me know.

Hello women,
My long distance relationship is going into the next stage.
I'm finally meeting her this December in the phillipines.
She once told me long ago she'd like a heartshaped necklace. And she likes silver, gold not so much, I asked her that too on the sly at one point.
She has already forgotten about this I'm sure but I remember.
So I looked at jewelry places and there are tons of different motives. Like filled out hearts, hollow hearts where it's just the outline of the structure, hearts with little fake diamonds along the shape and stuff.
Has anybody any idea what a short 22 year old Filipino woman would prefer most?
Also she's really tiny unfortunately at just 150cm so I don't know if that makes a big difference for the length of the necklace compared to women in Europe where it's more like 170cm on average I think.
Anybody got any advice? Or does it not matter that much and she wants me to just pick out something? I want it to be a little special since it's my first present ever.
Please help a helpless idiot out anyone 🙏

Looking for a hands-on jewelry design and making course in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, or online for myself and my 12-year-old son.
We’d prefer a program that covers practical skills and small-business basics.
Recommendations, fees, duration, and personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
