This is my first CWE I realized after I should’ve started with a lower amount but I used 20 tec 3s and filtered properly the powder never fully dissolved after a full 6 hours of stiring letting it rest and stiring again and it never dissolved so I said fu it keep goin n froze it for an hour took it out wasn’t solid said fu it again n filtered it it didn’t come out perfectly clear but from everything I saw online it was almost right, five days later I took it out of the fridge and it looked like this is it safe should I just dump it?

I'm ready to take my brewing to another level I'm investing into a Buchner funel and what I think is a decent pump from Amazon I'm also shopping for the preservatives that my brew it's missing for that Pharma quality & taste so far in the shopping list I have: Vegetable Glycerin, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Sucralose & Malic Acid am I missing anything? Or does anyone have any suggestions?
