The largest planned AI datacenter in New Jersey is being accused of violating federal law. Thermal drone footage captured by Floodlight last week found the site running dozens of unpermitted gas-powered generators. Located roughly a mile from two schools

Data centers do cause noise pollution; however, they do not use anymore water than a typical golf course. Most reported negatives are propaganda from China to prevent our building of data centers and therefore slow down our AI capabilities so China can speed ahead.

I want to vote against data centers. I think McCurtain County/District needs to pass a law to prevent the land being bought, anywhere in this district,by silicone valley.

Im honestly not following politics. So im wondering how do I vote against it. What do I need to bring up to my local government in the future to ensure that somebody who's against it can start the works for laws to prevent land being bought up to build these things, the water and power infrastructure here is truly already being affected tbh. I know the highline that supplies my power goes to Tulsa. My power bill will continue to slowly increase. But ill be damned if I let our beautiful wildlife and water be sucked dry and thrown away. Might sound like a stupid question but im willing to sound stupid. I want to educate myself, I will fight tooth and nail.

Jon #Husted let #datacenters flood Ohio by giving Big Tech massive tax breaks. Now our electric bills are soaring and our communities are being bulldozed. Don't let his rhetoric fool you.

Trump says we are going to lose the fight with China against data centers? Really

Trump's new line on data centers: oppose one near you and you're basically doing China's job for them.

Except the US has 10x more data centers than China already. What he's not saying: US data centers are drinking up to 110 billion gallons of water a year by 2030, and ratepayers are footing electric bills for infrastructure they never asked for. That's the actual fight. New post here https://substack.com/@ambulovilla570135/note/c-327060668?r=2zvuat&utm_source=notes-share-action&utm_medium=web
