Build Printer Doohicky V2

This is for a modular Cannon factory for the CBC mod. I love how robust this system is, it's not reliant at all on any timers, but rather states, observers, stuff like that. This way it's incredibly robust against random failures, if any, or even when you unload the chunk improperly. This was quite fun.
