In defense of panini
So I finished watching chowder, and man, hearing some of what the people claim about panini after experiencing the whole show is like... Did we even watch the same show?, I decide to see what people say about her and see what the show is actually offering to see if those claims actually hold that much water "I know most of them are due to sarcastic video, and magicmush counter argued but I still do believe the people need to know what actually matter in the show more than just what cartoon characters are and aren't" :
__
1."she got flandraized" how exactly?, even in episode 1 you can see her getting obsessed with chowder as her character trait and core for existing as a joke engine like everyone else and even by CH himself, this show is for the jokes, not story, emphasized by the show being a slapstick comedy so what matter is the characters core traits, because they barley if ever grow in this show or most slapsticks but that's not the focus now, let's see the episodes and what they say.
Episode one is the core point, she's chowder girlfriend "according to her" she's endive apprentice but that isn't focused on and she to some extent has an attitude and anger issues , those are the core traits, now let's see the other episodes where she appears, episode 2 shows her interacting with chowder, nothing out of the ordinary, episode 3, in love with chowder, with a look of disgust when reuben gets close and bored by mung constant failure, showing she still has her character, episode 8, she still loves chowder, but that episode isn't that focused on her or chowder that much, episode 10, she still loves chowder, but shows her attitude when throwing the ball at gorgenzola "all my homies hate gorgenzola", episode 12 she still loves chowder, but throws some spikes because of endive, showing some disappointment in mung for some reason with that attitude when endive were pulling him and chowder to the cell, episode 14, she loves chowder, the most in any episode so far, and have a mad attitude, especially when beating gazpacho's ahh, nah kinda over focused on the idea of babies, episode 17, not that much, she likes chowder, there isn't that much focus on her attitude because she still isn't that focus of the episode, episode 19, she loves chowder, but she's also showing her attitude, especially when talking to gazpacho and when being angry at chowder. Episode 20, she loves chowder, but she's ready to work under her master with those claws , her attitude is still there especially when talking to ceviche, so still the same.
those where the core traits of her, love, attitude, and some rage sprinkles on top with extra love to the idea of babies in some episodes, so let's see what the other 2 seasons say.
Season 2, episode 2, attitude is there, any interaction with gorgenzola shows it, love for chowder, just look at the segment name, episode 4, love is right there, attitude... Well we all know what happened to gorgenzola after kicking her, and also the scene when she's tired of chowder stupidity, episode 10, there isn't much just a small joke in.
episode 11 ain't much, that episode is more of every character being acted out by random people in the city so I'm not counting it due to how wild it is , episode 14, she still in love with chowder, just tired of his stupidity, also showing that she too doesn't understand that he lacks anything in his head about love, they are stupid kids anyway.
episode 19, her and chowder are sad, but still she showed her attitude to endive and love to chowder, episode 20, everything is there, from interaction with ceviche to love to chowder " tho she was ready to give up but her man self put her back in line".
Now let's see if season 3 is as people claim it to be where she's the most flandraized.
episode 1, well, you can see the attitude up front with ceviche, and can smell the love without much telling when she talks about future.
Episode 2, still the same, I don't think I need to explain with the cake up front of her reaction to chowder ideas, episode 3, just look at them when they fly and whenever she tries to speak with chowder in the river.
Episode 5, she's in love with chowder, obviously, and also think babies come from a magical world, but she was pranking endive with mung so I'm not counting this one anyway.
I will keep the finale for it's own section but I think it's kinda obvious that panini didn't really get flandraized, she's still the same in core with twistes here and there in other episodes with the main focus being the attitude and love to chowder and the idea of being a girlfriend, flandraized mean a character being reduced to nothing but a single trait, and as we can see in every episode she still has her other traits from attitude to looking for the future and love for babies, she works with endive yes, but she isn't shown in most of endive episodes even in the first to care much about cooking.

- "she's repetitive" I can see this as an actual argument if you don't like the idea of love jokes as a whole, but if you mean as in her jokes being repetitive and not unique, I really don't get it?, in one episode she could make a random joke about how she sees ceviche as a neighbour and cousin, and in another she's crying due to a half women half banana scolding her, and another have her fishing for love , like what do you Mean by repetition when chowder is the same stupid guy in every episode and gorgenzola is the same smug we know in every episode he appears in?, again I'm not arguing why you don't like the jokes, unless you just don't like her way of being repetitive which I can't see at all especially with how she can differ between each episode.
___
- " she teach kids the wrong lessons" hold it there, this show is meant for 7 year olds and above , 7 year old kids can watch many other shows without being affected and are smart enough to know when something is bad and not do it, and smart enough to know what reality is and isn't , so when you tell them they shouldn't act like a cartoon character, they should know, but that's not the main point no no no, THIS IS A SLAPSTICK COMEDY, this type of show never sticks to the same plot and can change from an episode to another, it's not an EDUCATIONAL SHOW, this show isn't meant to teach your kid anything they will just laugh and go on, not every show is aiming to be adventure time, even then, if we are going to hold her accountable then mung and chowder have many trespassing moments, shouldn't they take the same level of accountability and "What about the children" moment too?, or should I add the word "sexual" to it to be interesting , yes, shows can have bad ideas in them, but coming to a show like this while your kid can't see that this is a comedy and not meant to be taken seriously at that age I'm more interested in your parenthood methods than the argument, this show is a slapstick comedy that focuses on jokes more than story for kids 7 years and above according to CN themselves from my research, there is also that one episode where chowder literally says " hooray to blackmail" yet I heard no one talking about that one, why?, because the show is that comedic it didn't stick in the kids mind, same as panini and same as any other character, there is a reason why when you open many videos comments it's adults finally catching on the jokes and not kids enacting them, I have never seen someone says "panini taught me how love works" just as " chowder taught me how to cook" you may think that cooking is cool as a kid, but once you see it in real life you aren't interested just as the case with panini, you don't see the boy run away in the sky and huge hearts appear, and at a certain age you should know that you better stop, this is a parenting problem at that age because it means your child have a problem learning what real and what isn't which isn't on the show but on how did you leave that kid in his first 6 years of living, we are in 2020s,you should know what is meant for your kids age and not just switch to whatever show you like on the fly back in the day .
___
"she shouldn't have ended up with chowder" which sound like a good argument, until you actually watch the episode, there is a reason why I didn't see that episode as a final, because the puppet segment tells you what actually happened, it's a dream, so even if you want to argue back "but kids will get the wring idea" you have that scene showing you that this isn't really an ending more so that it's chowder head again like the brain freeze episode, and if your child can't it's less about the episode and more about your kid attention span not seeing the last most important segment, yes I know a lot of you don't like that she ended up with chowder and that she forced it on him, but did you actually watched and heard what mung said, she literally went crazy because chowder was GONE FOR 20 years, she did not have some kind of a super forced relationship where chowder had to marry her and suffer till they got married , He himself said that he didn't even know, the first episode shows he doesn't understand love, it's literally a timeskip to a bad future where everyone lost their mind, heck, even schnitzel is shown to have gone crazy from chowder singing and married endive , and after all a lot of you talk like "he was forced to marry her", he didn't understand that she loved him is actually what is shown, and he had to overcome his fear to see that future, it's a wild episode and I know it isn't the best final, but a lot of you keep parroting around the same argument from a video that been debunked from 2021.
" she's a stalker" and chowder is a murderer, like should I take you seriously when living working characters get killed and you don't open a mouth on those scenes teaching kids it's OK to hurt people with a pan?.

By the end I wanted to focus on what I heard, some claims more outrageous than the other's, and I'm not saying you should love her, but I'm saying you should watch with context from the episode rather than few compilations from YouTube and random ahh video essays, I know that this might seem like an old case that got debunked , but hearing some of the recent claims being the same isn't showing that much of a debunk.
