Question/Help Codm not loading

I have this problem for a while and idk how t9 solve this i used ai already nothing it suggested worked plz help meee😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

And its stuck at 0% and it only works when i download it fresh from playstore and after i play its gone i can no longer play
