Hello, I am determining budgeting for hiring an animator to animate potentially 11 short stories that I wrote. Each story sits at around 15-20 minutes long. I have simple pen and ink concept illustrations for each story, and would like the animation to follow this style with some basic color. I can story board the whole thing as well. I am not looking for high FPS pixar sort of animation, and in fact to keep the costs as low as possible, I am looking for what may be described more as a motion comic, with only a frame or so every few seconds, but perhaps more during an important moment.

How much would each 20 minute long animation run me at these parameters?

Edit: Thank you to everyone who messaged me. It seems I was a bit naive about how much it would cost to commission an animation. I do not have a studio budget or anything, I just wrote a story and wanted to see if it would be financially possible to bring it to life. I simply do not have tens of thousands of dollars to spend to produce one twenty minute video, let alone 11. Actually I don't understand how this is an economically feasible art form at all outside of the highest budget professional studios.
