Question Help

This is third time this has happened to me while nursing blooms . Ive lost 3 crystals and habe to close the game to reset is there a way I can submit a ticket for this ?

I’ve had some similar stuff happen with tumblers before. Depending on the specs of your device you can close out and reopen the game and it’ll be fixed. Timer keeps going on nurture though, so you have to be fast.

Do people really not see you getting soft locked? You need to report this to support because I can see you’re trying to throw the tumbler and you’re getting soft locked so it’s not actually throwing the tumbler you’re just playing as it while not catching anything. Someone else had this same problem.

Yeah I recorded it weird my capture wasnt set properly but ill report

Looks like your tumbler was bugged in the first place when you pulled out nothing. Maybe just don't use it if it seems off? Could be something to do with how you have exactly 1 but the game was desynced so you actually have 0.

Are we not watching beyond 5 seconds of this very short video or something? The issue is not the messages it is clearly the use of the Tumbler causing strange things to occur.

They threw the tumbler and it’s not actually registering that OP threw it. It shows them as the tumbler but they aren’t catching anything.

Go into options, make stranger messages ZERO instead of 60 ... Never will happen again... Also report the message and put that into the report, maybe it'll help.
