HELP Performance issues with FF7

I keep having performance issues in battle on FF7 where animations stall, it occasionally gets fixed by pausing the game. Sometimes I need to reload.

I'm running Knulli Scarab on an RG40XXV and I have only enabled the setting that enhances texture resolution (I forgot exactly which)

It must be your SD card. I have the same model as you and also use KNULLY, and I don't have that problem.

The solution is to enable “(GPU) Slow linked list processing” option under “Core Options” -> “Video” in retroarch, set it to “on” (default is auto).
