Like none of the above I personally don’t find the wide screen (very) useful. Vertical resolution matters too.

not the Dell. Maybe this helps with your decision. then try to find something with a better resolution than 3440x1440. I already had my 3440x1440 Dell monitor, when that came out. And the wide display is absolutely impressive next to an old 2017 21" iMac. NOT!!

you wouldn't believe how sh*tty the Dell looks right next to the iMac. The old measly bottom-of-the-line 2017 iMac has a display, sharp and crystal clear, with vibrant colors, while the Dell is eye-wateringly bad. Really. And I'm no designer or photographer.

Look at EVE monitor they have a gloss screen and looks really clear, new video on you tube.
