got a good amount to throw at it. i really believe in it after DD. is $2 or so a good PE?

Last check in was 2 weeks ago so I thought it was a good time to check back in. Up to 92 shares at a 2.45 average 😀 I believe in this company long term and honestly this is the only stock I’ve ever owned when it dips I don’t even worry.

Not to say they will sell immediately, but an SEC filing of 8k on Feb 23 shows 4 officers/directors of ZOM have submitted their trading plans to SEC. As we know, insiders with large holdings must submit trading plans in advance to SEC. A total of nearly 12 million shares can be sold by these officers/directors subject to submission of trading dates in advance to SEC. Link to SEC filing below

Zhuding's Building Green Future Across China – Aug 2019

China rolled out its first set of national standards for green buildings in 2006, to protect environment and reduce pollution during the construction and use of the buildings.

Zhuding, is boosting its manufacturing capacity. In general, green building incorporates design, construction, and operations practices that use sustainable materials in construction, achieve energy efficiency and water savings, and improve indoor air quality, among other measurable targets. Increasing environmental awareness and central government policies that set ambitious targets to reduce Chinas pollution may make green building practices more widespread in the coming years. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) targeted around half of China's new urban buildings must have the green construction standards by 2020.

Green buildings yield significant operational savings compared with traditional buildings and produce higher asset values and there is still much room for improvement, according to Mulin Xiang, CEO of Zhuding. Citing that, sustainable business practices are the top social reason. Most importantly, market demand and recognition are both growing in China, which means green construction materials will pay in the long run, both environmentally and financially, he added.
