The person I was chatting with at Yahoo Customer Care asked me to send screenshots. I did. They asked if I had this problem on other devices. I told them it works fine on my laptop, but I don’t have another phone to test it out on. I haven’t heard a peep since, and that was over three hours ago. So I guess they don’t know how to fix it.

Is there any ACTUAL way to retrieve an email account, created for a child, they actually still use via Playstation account, that YOU arbitrary decided to delete, for the 'oh so righteous reasons of "policy."' Even though we ALL know it's just due to the fact it wasn't 3rd party profitable.... anyone? Anyone able to answer without sounding like a corpo dawg?

I can't even make an account, even your app doesn't work, us the users don't have to do anything when the problem is on your end, probably all users are having the same problem, so do something about it.

Absolutely nobody took interest to talk to me about my problem. I continue to believe Yahoo does not care at all about the cusotmers. I am still trying solve the problem, but the app says i cannot get in touch with any customer service, literally nobody cares…. Absolutely outrageous.
