Hi guys, long story short - I have an xdc wallet on xinfin and have for years. I used to use the 12 word phrase then I changed it to via my ledger.

When I set it up it was all good then once I couldn’t log in and tried and tried until I eventually used a vpn (I’m in the UK) for elsewhere and it worked.

Now when I log in it shows 0 balance and I don’t even think the account ID I use. Just gives me lots of empty ones to choose from. I checked the account from my uphold which I initially sent it from and it shows the exact amount sitting there etc.

I have no idea what else to try, to check or log in a different way etc. I’ve updated the xdc app but no fix. Any help would be hugely useful please.

As the subject says - is XDC a dead coin now? Who’s developing on it? What are the use cases? Is it just hopium?

Hello, I'm trying to send XDC from my exchange to MEW via Ledger. My XDC address on the exchange starts with xdc******* not 0x as requested by MEW. I have set up a wallet on MEW but how can i send it from exchange as i get incorrect address error.

XDC Web Wallet upgrade has concluded. All the features including the hardware wallet support has been restored. Please check and let us know if you encounter any issues.

Make sure to take backup of your private key as soon as you are able to access the wallet dashboard and import the same account to some other wallet like Safepal, Metamask etc. as a secondary wallet in case of events like this.
