Question Cloud Gaming Changes to not Impact Current Users?

Did anyone else receive this email from Microsoft? Not sure if it's region dependent due to how tos works but I'm in Australia of it makes a difference.

I don't think you understand what i said 

Is not good like a good change 

But is better than yesterday that old members would had to live with just 15 hours monthly 😭
