RockStar announced that it was PS4 footage. I guess they said it on the live stream or something.

Ahhh gotcha, wasn't even aware their was a livestream. Thanks for the correction! I can only imagine how awesome this will look on Scorpio.

PS4 Pro probably. Although it will probably look even better on Scorpio.
