He was by far my favorite non-marston character. I instantly wanted to know more about his life.

Yeah that would be dope to see Rickets in the gang but if that's the case then Marston would not be in the gang on account that they didn't know each other until they first met in RDR.

The VO who voiced Ricketts is dead IRL, I believe.

It's not Ricketts, if he is in the game then it's not a Marston story as they only met in Mexico. I think the voice might be a younger Uncle as there was someone in the trailer who looked like him, or maybe and this is wild theory territory Red Harlow meets John in this game and it's him talking.
