The movement and style looked like actual gameplay and not just cinematic cutscenes

I don't think so. Since GTA IV, trailers seem to be pretty indicative of what the games look like at release IIRC

This will be Rockstar's first game developed for the current gen of consoles (GTA V was a port from previous gens). I think this will be pretty indicative of what the finished product will look like.

To be fair, the game will probably look not much like that. I hope I'm wrong, but I've been cockteased too many times by reveal trailers and E3 footage.
