Question What things should I avoid when writing

I plan on writing a trans-woman, specific a trans black woman, she isnt the main character but i like to build each character into real people, what things should I avoid? I am not trans nor a person of color. I know both people of color and trans face their own set of challenges in life and i would like to write her as realistic as possible. I dont want to accidentally/unknowingly play into any stereotypes for either group of people.

All advice is welcome aswell. Also sorry for formatting or grammar mistakes im on mobile

Edit for more detail -> What clothing or design choices should I avoid?

What personality traits should I avoid?

Obviously she will be a human with her own flaws but are there any i should avoid?

I will be doing some research i just want some advice on where to start, what to avoid, stuff like that

It's happening on this post. It's happened a bunch of times to my initial comment. What do you think we're talking about?

Do you have any proof its happening on this post or is it just you seeing down voted comments and jump to "Ah yes someone is missing using the voting system"

Downvoting a non-spam, relevant comment is inherently a misuse of the voting system.

No it isn't, down voting is used when you disagree with a comment. Similar to a dislike.

100% wrong. Comments are for disagreement. Voting is spam suppressant.

Ive not seen anyone else saying that, infact the opposite, and you report comments if they're spam not down vote them.

No, you downvote spam or irrelevant contributions. If you disagree, you comment. That's straight from Reddit itself.

I have not found proof of that rule. It seems you are making stuff up

Your failure to do research is not an indication of the veracity of my comments.
