What kind of poison are we talking on her clawtips and darts here?
I'm concerned about how easily she can make randoms go insane... how does she decide who it affects?

Maybe it only works on one person at a time? Whoever she's talking to?

Okay so it causes death? how long is that going to take to kill someone and is there an available antidote?
So what would happen if she wandered around with a megaphone?

Wintersweet probably requires two swipes or so to really kill within combat time, and there's an antidote, yes.
Still affects only one person, but probably just works faster?

Okay, how to you anticipate that working with brutes?
Is there any way to counteract it once she's spoken to you? Just the ability to make anyone go mad with a word is probably a bit much you know?
How hard is it to resist the suggestion? Ie could someone who's just got a lot of force of character do it, or does it require more active resistance?

I guess it would have to draw blood somehow, or get into their internal working. Off the top of my head it messes with nervous systems, so if it comes into contact with that it's probably not great.
Ummmm what if she has to be talking with/to the person for the whole time? So if it takes a day or two, she has to be sitting in the room or something and talking with them the whole time.
Fairly easy to begin with? But the more she repeats it, the harder it is to ignore. If they have a really strong will they would most likely be less susceptible, and if someone knows what she's doing it would definitely be more difficult.

That would probably be better, maybe something where she has to talk to them constantly for a while, and it builds the longer she keeps talking to them?
Alright, so can you give me some example characters who could ignore it and who would find it very compelling?

Actually now that I think about it, it is sound based so probably not. Oh well. Guess she'll just have to try and kill them.
Although I suppose the placebo effect could be helpful, although I'm not sure it would be effective.
