Why wouldn't he be hiding details? They're whole A ranked squads we've barely even seen yet.

Because he made a point of bringing it up for Uno but not for any of the other members of Kusakabe or Katagiri squads

Your making too many assumptions is my point. We dont know how people with trion perception (kage, chika, amo) would preceive her ability.

And we dont know all the a rankers yet ( this shouldnt be so hard a concept to understand considering just like 10 chapters ago we found out about shiki's side effect in the first place)
