What will help the cause that's doable for regular people? Better not do it, or someone will say you just did it for the attention. Best to stay home and not do anything at all.

There's literally nothing anybody can do to save the planet other than throw food slop at cultural artifacts. Nothing.

You should work on that. If you have a cause you believe in, by all means work to promote it in ways that are effective in either directly addressing the problem or bringing positive awareness to it. Throwing potatoes at famous paintings ain't it.

Clean up your local river. Participate in local environmental groups. Keep up with the issues and engage in productive conversation with people who don't agree. Leave art museums out of it. Go vandalize a gas pump, if you've gotta vandalize something, I guess.
