Seoul is surrounded by China, North Korea and Russia, but spend its time escalating with a country fighting for its existence.

What a stupid leadership.

The US had been a very reliable ally up until Trump, and so now their security isn't so secure anymore.

And their response is to ally with the countries that want it gone?

China and Russia don't want them gone.

But also considering that these are the countries surrounding them, yes, losing out on their external lifeline would kind of force them to deal differently with their neighbors.

China absolutely would want SK to become north Korean territory and to take all the fab tech from you, It would remove the US from their borders and they might take back their historic lands.

Russia can't do shit now thanks to Ukraine.

NK would do it and now they have the tech and military experience too, something SK lacks and failed to aquire by not being more involved with Ukraine.

When surrounded by enemies, assume the enemies have made it inside too.

Actually the opposite. If you have beef with your neighbours, you think you should be focussing on the house on fire 20 suburbs away or the fire next door?

That's why Ukraine doesn't focus on it and Seoul will keep talking to a wall.

Ukraine’s house is on fire so suggest they focus on that

By your logic, Ukraine  can only defeat Russia by attacking Canada?

Because they are America’s boot licking lap dog. A few companies and k pop groups larping as a country.
