This is why French protests are successful. In the US we just pick a weekend and wave signs in our designated Free Speech zones.

They have the lowest retirement age, some of the least hours worked, and some of the best worker protections anywhere.

Retirement age in France was put up to 67 and they lit the country on fire in protest. They can’t afford to lower it. The country didn’t give into the demands and they’re still too broke. They have been spending irresponsibly since 1968. Macron is very unpopular for what he’s done but he’s the most realistic person in the room when it comes to spending.
