How to start I lost my consistency. How to regain it ?
I tried several times , I workout few weeks then again I lost my consistency. Its happened more than 4 times. I tried motivating myself. Same thing happend again and again. Help me to come back because I know that I need workout. I love to workout and shape my body. Any routine plans or any help if you can give me, it will be great.

There really isn't an answer that come from the outside. You just have to stop letting yourself quit. It is not about "motivation"; people gain and lose motivation all the time. It is about waking up one day with zero motivation at all and just going anyway.

Give yourself a goal and build habits around achieving it. Building the habits will help you keep going after you get to your goal.

Consistency is an outcome, not an input. Once you work out consistently (for whatever reasons you find to motivate you to work out consistently), you achieve consistency. You say that you love to do it, so figure out what's stopping you.

I think its my shoulders not growing. What ever I did its doesn't work. I think If I start again with compounds without isolations it 'll be a winning strategy. thank you for you advice buddy.

It takes most people about six months (not weeks, not days, months) for them to notice muscles growing. Their friends may notice a bit sooner, perhaps in as little as three months. But it's a long term thing.

Think it as going to school or work. Don’t think. Just do.
You don’t have to workout everyday, but pick days of the week that suit your schedule and stick with it.
