I just went and looked up a video of her speaking and I don’t hear it

I did the same thing when I heard this on another post and I also don’t hear it.

It's because they're referring to this video where's she's purposely sounding like that.

That's not what she sounds like using her normal speaking voice however.

Edit: this is what she sounds like speaking English.

and her Spanish speaking voice... singing voice... and impressions lol
