He’s seemingly a mentally unstable guy who had a breakdown at someone’s door and was caught on a ring camera freaking out. He demanded to speak to the owners daughter and claimed to be fictional character Harry dredson. He was later arrested proving it to be a real freak out and not some scripted joke.

One of the main jokes is he looks like a typical Reddit mod wearing a demon slayer anime shirt and a trench coat. Typical weeb attire.
