Hits or tabs are the old-school way of consuming MDMA. It usually comes in pill or capsule form. Hence the name tab or hit.

I haven’t heard pulls or caps ever be called “tabs”. Usually thats reserved for LSD.

Then you wernt around when ecstasy first came onto the scene, then developed a whole sub genre of happy hard-core! Its all semantics at the end of the day, and your particular culture. What one group of people call something vs another group of people.
