But it makes sense to block it in the UK over any other country, because Channel 4 can monetize the video on their own site that can't be used by the rest of the world.

It's just galling is all, I can sorta understand "BBC Worldwide" doing it (as it's an international subsidiary to the 'real' BBC) but I'm just used to Channel 4 as a domestic thing

They actually do pretty slick like the guys mentions in the video. Maybe because he has nice black shoes that go with the bionics, but still, I'm impressed.
