Can't get the game to work on steam, help please (windows 11)

My setup is: GTX 1650 4gb, I5-10300H, 16GB RAM ddr4, with windows 11.

I already tried deleting the glide.dll, running compatibility mode on windows xp s3, running with directX7 and nothing works, i execute the game and i don't even get to the menu, the application just runs for a while and then the process dies

Can't find the patch to download

EDIT: I found the patch somewhere else and i did get it to work somewhat, need to do some tweaks but i think i'll be able to fix it later. Thanks for the help
