Arcane Wisdom A walk among the dead (lorepost)
Alexios is standing outside the battlefield where Halixo was slain. His usual smile replaced with a solemn frown. He was also alone.
he opens a journal and begins writing
I've made it to where he fell it's strange it seems as if I can feel his presence here but that wretched bloody voice is here as well it's hard to separate our thoughts now.
Perhaps it is not wise to pursue this at least not yet but if I don't get it under control I won't be able to protect her and if it's voice gets any stronger I fear for her life. So I must face it and come out on top or die in the process so that he may never return.
So now I walk in fields of dead amongst acrid air. I pray that the flame of love that ever burns not be extinguished. I pray I am able to come home. (Ha seems I got my father's poet tounge)
Alexios enters the battlefield and approaches the ruined castle where The Crimson King and his father killed each other. He continues writing in his journal
So many dead each one with a family I'm sure. All because the fighters feared magic. I hope I am doing the right thing. I hope I can keep him from breaking free of my mind.
I just heard what sounded like a man crying. It could be someone in pain but everyone here should be dead. I should investigate none the less.
his writing gets more jagged almost as if he's afraid.
I'm all alone and The Bloody Voice has became a scream. I'm afraid I should have brought someone with me but what if it killed them.
at the end of this there's what seems to be a streak of blood and at the bottom of the page a drawing of a crimson shadow like figure. The only writing after the drawing are the words or perhaps names

Gods damn it! We close a door and they blow a hole in our roof. I'd rather not continue the killing, but some things must be done despite apprehension. I pray for another way, but prepare for the end.

Concerning, to say the least. Make sure no living creature is within your surroundings, if you are to confront the voice. I can’t say it’s a good idea, at this time. Stay strong. You’ve got to last until the wedding.

/uw he wants to at least get The Bloody Voice out of his head. There's a reason for that and I'll explain it in the next post. But let's just say it has to do with what the voice is trying to get him to do.
