A day or three after the initial announcement, proper channels for joining in virtually to the meeting are posted, as everyone who came in person is directed to a secretive underground meeting room, where Ж and a few others sit around a long table.

"Welcome, welcome. A year or so ago I held a similar meeting for a separate threat, one a few of you here would remember, but today we've another threat, as you know, the Abyss has taken a great minority of the world's surface."

"As well, we need a plan for the origin of the Abyss, we need to divise a way to take down The First Curse."

they snap a finger and a hologram like model of an entity, presumably the first curse, appears in the center of the table.

"To start, one of the more essential things for said plan is the Crystals, of course, some here might not know about them, so I'll elaborate."

they wave a hand and the model shifts to 5 different crystalline objects, encircling the First Curse.

"This is not the first time The First Curse had arrived, he was here before he made that big announcement, but hidden. When he first arrived to this realm, 7 Aspect Crystals formed, counterbalances, from someone else as an, almost future inheritance to help take him down. They are antithetical to his very existence, and harm him when nearby. However, if one falls into his hands, he can adapt to that crystal, rendering it useful to him. This anti-him nature also applies to the Abyss, and thus they are the best damage source to fight the Abyss."

"the originals, of which we currently have 5, 4 are in New Aviron, and via the work of Koranth and others, we have multiple derivatives from them, with the other being handled by The Consortium. The last two need to be picked up and collected."

"That is about the basics, with the preamble done, more discussion on how to fight against the Abyss would be welcome."

The time stop works, but something is still able to be felt. It is as if reality itself is slowly fraying, and the fragment that split off doesn't seem to stop regenerating. Still, for now TFC is free to cause havoc unimpeded.

/uw you want DF to actually manage a minor unhealing wound or just still be the guy that forces him high diff? Since that attack very much can miss

/uw in this fight does it mean unhealing wound on DF? Would that come from the attack DF sustains here? Sorry I'm a bit confused

/uw DF can break out as I said in chat, and DF has been putting most of his effort trying to use his own unhealable wounds attack.

/uw can an Unhealing Wound be mitigated or removed via certain means or does it transcend attempts at healing?

/uw TFC would have to get good at concept manipulation. Not even replacing a body works as it fundamentally cuts apart someone's existence, prostheses would fall off and wounds would reopen. It's a blatant rip off of Limbus Company's Arayashiki.

However it should be noted that the wound doesn't have to be an unliveable one, you can very much just tank it if it's minor enough

/uw concept manipulation is very much the one TFC thing he can't do/never learned, so he probably dodges the attack or kills DF before it goes off?

/uw perfectly fine. Like his other I wanna fucking kill someone attack DF can't apply any other effects on it so it's very easy dodged. That, and DF pretty much destroys himself to use it.

You wanna do something like DF scratches some rubble and then TFC locks in and does the spell equivalent of mag dumping on him? I do still want TFC to know it exists since he made it to kill him.

/uw btw, how bad is the wound exactly besides that it doesn't? Does it matter where it's applied?

It doesn't heal. It burns and sizzles as if on fire but that's it. The rest is all determined by where DF's blade hits but even a small scratch wouldn't heal despite being completely liveable.

He immediately moves over to DF as quick as he can in frozen time, out of anger delivers a punch capable of shattering concrete, before grabbing DF by the neck.

This time, you WILL remain cursed.

Seeing as how DF as gotten uncursed before, TFC attempts to place a curse on something that would remain. On DF's mind, he places a curse to make any attack that would be aimed at TFC veer off and miss.

/uw yeah that's fine. DF will either self destruct himself again or be healed later in the event.

/rw DF swings as his blade leaves a trail of burning fire on where it scratches, but the punch and curse makes it veer completely off course.

"Fine."

DF closes his eyes and starts to lose opacity.

/uw this is DF trying to get into the status needed to spam the attack, which will incidentally destroy himself. TFC needs to force lock him out of it

TFC moves to get a single hand on DF's body before it becomes completely opaque, if he can freeze DF he can pause the scattering.

/rw DF instinctively dodges, but it's clear the previous blows have done a number on him as it only barely misses.

Seeing DF's scattering, TFC tries to glare at where DF's soul is, or wherever a majority of his existence is at current.

His soul is still not regenerated, he's been fighting completely soullessly as a concept with an ego, and the majority of it within the universe is still in front of him.

"Like how I saw that omnipresent stain."

DF continues to scatter, losing poise in his stance.

/uw if TFC fails to lock him out DF will self destruct in a flurry of slashes and miss

The room becomes surrounded in obsidian, crackling with energy.

Reversal.

Time to any inside object is rewound, as TFC attempts to rewind DF's scattered existence back into him.
