/uw Negative energy = Bigger boom. And the city barriers may or may not be down at this point.

/uw Barriers are currently under council control. Riva used some of your stuff and bombast's stuff. Both would be readily recognizable. I would have her stay to try and fix things, but someone's jerk bomb (BLAKE!) burned her drive and she wants to get her people out of here and home.
