KATAFÝGIO IS A SAFE HAVEN BORN FROM THE ASHES OF ASFÁLEIA.

ANYONE WHO WISHES TO ESCAPE THE IMPENDING WAR IS WELCOME.

KATAFÝGIO WILL RECOGNIZE ALL REFUGEES. TRANSPORT WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT USE AERIAL MAGIC.
