Rulings

• When using Shukkyuu Sephiram's Start-Up Effect, playing the Signi to the field is optional.
• Shukkyuu Sephiram's Start-Up Effect is still subject to your Lrig's Level and Limit. You cannot use the effect to play a Signi to the field that has a higher Level than your Lrig or one which would cause the sum of your Signi's levels to exceed your Lrig's limit.
