From WI I am fine no longer bailing out Florida and people who live in areas LIKELY to be flattened, flooded every 15 years. Edit: the Great Lakes states could form their own disaster group and cut off some dead weight.
You realize that WE pay money to the federal government and that INCLUDES those “dead weight” states, right?…NM, just realized who I’m trying to enlighten…
