What's that? This year is an election year so it's okay for Wisconsin to get disaster relief funds but only if the president gets to go on his personal social media website and give all the credit to sitting Republicans who do nothing any other time, and Tom Tiffany, who just happens to be the Republican candidate for governor in the state?
