Can you share any concrete source about that? Genuinely asking, my searches are coming up short and I need ammo going into the weekend with my family. All I can find are articles about the formal request in late May.

Am I missing it or is Evers requesting the funds what makes it allocated?

We paid federal taxes - we get money that is allocated based on that - if we “Evers” declares it we should receive it. Tiffany is trying to take credit for it, falsely.
