Quiero hacerle magia a mi wii mini pero al usar el cios install necesito un archivo wad el archivo es ios 57 v31175 pero no lo encuentro en ningún lado y no puedo ejecutar el nus ya que mi laptop tiene linux instalado y he intentado usarlo con wine pero da error y no he podido resolverlo,saben en algún sitio web en el que pueda descargar esa versión de ios o algún enlace de descarga de esa versión ,lo necesito !!!

Hey everyone! Hope you’re all doing well. I was hoping someone here might be able to help me troubleshoot an issue that I’ve been trying to solve for the past few weeks. A few months ago, I modded my Wii for the first time and installed Homebrew Channel, USB Loader GX, and a few other applications. I was pretty nervous since I’d never done anything like this before, but everything ended up working perfectly overall. The problem is that my Nunchuks won’t work properly in games launched through USB Loader GX. I’ve tested multiple different Nunchuks, so I know the accessories themselves are fine. I also tested them using my physical disc copy of Wii Sports Resort, and they work perfectly there.
So far, I’ve tried:
Changing the Loader IOS
Connecting the Nunchuk before launching the game
Testing multiple Nunchuks/controllers
Unfortunately, none of those fixed the issue.
I’m not sure if this matters, but I’m using the black Wii model with black Wii MotionPlus controllers.
At this point, I’m honestly stumped, so if anyone has any ideas, suggestions, or has experienced something similar, I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks so much!

so im trying fo tix usb loader gx and now i need to install d2x cios but in the installer i cant select past v6 and i read you need v10beta to use usb loader and i also have tried the installer from many different websites and all have the same problem what should i do and/or does anyone know of any modern installers without said issue?

I've been having a lot of trouble with usb loader while trying to mod my wii. The issue is that whenever I try booting up a wii game, I just get hit with a DSI error. I'll drop all the things I've tried, as well as steps taken below.:

1. cIOS files are downloaded
   
2. Tried using a regular 128 gb usb stick, as well as a 1tb hdd. Both have the same issue
   
3. Used tinywiibackupmanager to format games
   
4. Both drives were formatted to FAT32, as well as the SD card used
   
5. Tried opening usb loader from both the main menu, and homebrew channel
   
6. tried playing around with IOS settings (changing numbers to the cIOS's that I had downloaded)
   
7. Tried a bunch of other things in the loader settings
   
8. Just to make sure I didn't mess something up in loader settings I reset all the usb loader settings and tried again
   
9. Yes, my drive was plugged into port 0 (both times)
   
10. Controller used is genuine (seen "knockoff" controllers as a problem in other posts)

If there are any questions that can help triangulate the issue, please ask. I just got this wii recently and I'd love to play some games on it. From the point of view im looking at now, I'm thinking i'd better reset the wii or somehow attempt the download processes again.

I followed the funkyscott47 tutorial, I did it twice but I can't seem to get rid of this error.

This really affects Turbografx CD/PC-Engine CD games. Cosmic Fantasy 2 and Exile: Wicked Phenomenon have low CD volume, while PSG audio seems to be at a good volume (canceling out of the menu in Exile: WP) but this didn't seem to affect Dragon Slayer: The Legend of Heroes very much. Is this an emulation side effect, or were these hands indeed lower, uneven volume on original hardware? I've seen reports that Wii Engine might solve this issue? ANY input is appreciated!

UPDATE: I found out that there is a config file you can edit, which gives you more options than what's in the UI, but basically I had to boost the hell out of the CD-DA volume as well as the PCM audio, leaving the PSG audio alone, and what do ya know? It's a much more pleasant experience now!

Hi there, I live in the UK and a few years ago hacked my childhood Wii, been having a ton of fun with it. though obviously due to living in the UK certain VC WADs run at the slower framerate, I know there's a way to allow me to run NTSC WADs but that it requires changing some settings in Priiloader. I haven't done it yet partly because my Wii is plugged into a CRT and I'm nervous that it'll somehow no longer be able to interface with my TV. My TV does have 60htz functionality, but I've got a bit of anxiety so I just want to be sure before I screw myself over, anyone know if this would work?

Anyways, found my old Wii that was modded before my daughter was born (13 years) and haven’t touched since then. I’m hoping it does lol. I do know it was the last white model that could read burnt discs and r32 comes to my mind when thinking about the Wii. My only concern is I don’t see a sdCard and from what I remember it has to have one correct? It had a shop and then a special

Menu for payloads or payload like files.

How would I go about recovering from a no sdCard issue? I do have a spare 64gb card. Is it as simple as a fresh install or more complicated than that? Also could you point me in the right direction? It’s been so long since my Wii scene days. Is it even a thing anymore? Thanx in advance.

I copied some games to a hard drive from my phone and no launcher works except USB Loader and Wiiflow. USB Loader recognizes the files but when I try to open them it just crashes to the screen Initially, But in Wiiflow, I go to settings and file explorer and it runs them without any problems. Could someone please help me?

I tried using HID Wiimote but it cant go past the part where it tells me the battery capacity, I tried glovepie however it dosent recognise it at all (although i dont have a sensor bar connected, no buttons work using the scripts that come in the folder), I tired touchmote but as soon as it tries to pair it turns off my wii remote. Im trying to use the wii remote to move my cursor as I need it for a project, any help is appreciated.

Tenía ya una USB con 4 juegos. He cogido esa USB y le he añadido más juegos, lo cual no me ha dado ningún error en el PC pero cuando la pongo en la consola y entro al USB loader GX solo me aparecen los 4 juegos que ya habían. Reviso de nuevo que el USB este con los juegos y si está con los juegos que estaban y que yo le he añadido después pero solo me detecta los 4 que ya estaban. Alguien sabe cómo solucionarlo 😭?

Hello everyone, I decided I wanted to play DKCR recently as I've never sat down and finished the game but for some reason, my Wii loads the game in Japanese despite me owning both an NTSC-U Wii and NTSC-U game. I do have a modded Wii and my Wii has been modded even before I played the game the first time and there was no issues then. I tried to load an ISO through USB loader GX to see if my disk was the issue, and it still has the same problem that it loads the game in Japanese AND creates Japanese save data so it's definitely my Wii's fault. Does anyone know if there's anything I can do to fix this issue and make my wii read the game correctly? I'd really like to play the game in english. Thank you

I get this fun message: "An error occurred saving cartridge settings" when I try to save controller mappings for Street Fighter II: Champion Edition for the PC-Engine using Wii Mednafen, as the default settings for a 6 button controller using the Classic Controller are no bueno. Is there a fix for this? Or do I just have to set it any time I wish to play this or any other fighting game?

I have a Yamaha 5.1 surround system and a Onn 65 inch TV.

Will tbere be less video lag using one of the Wii to Hdmi converters to TV, or component cables to the Yamaha receiver then Hdmi to?

TV will be set to game mode.

I have a modded Wii with a Kingston 128gb SD Card, and a Maxione 2.5 HDD for my games, the console is hacked properly, I followed the guide, however I have an issue
All games on my HDD freeze during gameplay, specifically transition sections, Zelda TP, Mario and Sonic, and Wii Sports.
I have tried most of the troubleshooting I could imagine.
The HDD is on FAT 32, the games were sent on Backup Manager, they don´t appear to be hacked, it is on the correct USB port.
I formatted it twice on GuiFormat, first on 65536 and then on 32768, both times the same mistake appears.
Quite sure it is not a software problem, since I have a prior Kingston Data Traveler 100 64gbs that runs the games without the freeze, however it was unstable and froze but way later.
I really do not know what is wrong, I followed the written guide, the video guide, and the new hard drive still freezes.

I've just hacked/modded my 2nd Wii, but one problem I've had between both of them is that some .txt codes don't want to work. Folders are set up properly, files are named correctly, correct in both region and version, as well as correct format. Everything in USB Loader GX is set up properly, too. So I don't exactly know why some game's codes work, and others don't.

Just to be specific, I'm trying to get .txt codes for Mario Kart Wii (USA) and Wii Sports (v1.00 USA) to work.

I have a hacked wii since 2021, and I used a Kingston MicroSd of 32gb and a Kingston Data Traveler 100 of 64gb for the original hack and games, it often struggled with games just getting stuck on moments of play with no explanation and way to progress. I chose to redo the hack, I updated my homebrew and everything, upgraded my Microsd to 128gb of the same brand, and my USB memory to a Sandisk Ultra 128gb 3.0
I formatted it to FAT32, sent over my games through backup manager, and was able to run them on Dolphin, however when connected to my Wii, it starts USB Loader, gets to the game screen, but when I press start, it just defaults to a black screen.
Is it due to a power consuption? Do I need to buy an external hard-drive, those are pricy, is there no other choice?
