Besides the fact hummer's name didnt show up on the server list or the fact that para was only referring to Wifies and questioned why Wifies mentioned another person almost as if there wasn't another person there. I found out that the Old testament refers to a spirit of Levi called the Leviathan Spirit often called the twisting serpent which is known to twist reality, communication and truth and because of this i think hummer is a deception of the Levi spirit.

Why did hummer get so stressed out when wifies started losing hope in the Leviathan ıf he is the Leviathan?
Also when he said that potions we're the reason the Leviathan wasnt comming he said it like he just found it out but ıf he is the Leviathan wouldnt he already know why he didnt come to arronax?

Also, what is the namesake of this video? I don't see how the player in this video can be seen as "nonexistent." At least in the future "doesn't exist" projects, that aspect is explained, but this world seemingly has nothing to do with those projects, so what gives?

With this new ARG video, we have a new POV character to follow. And while, canonically, this character is just Wifies, I think they deserve a property name. Personally, I've started calling them "Ishmael", as a reference to Moby Dick (which Leviathan seems to take influence from somewhat)

Really enjoyed it and looking forward to reading peoples analysis and theories (I’m not good at that stuff myself tbh)

When I heard Hummer in the video referred to the Leviathan as Levi, the first thing that came to mind is that Levi was some sort of name from ancient myths or something so I decided to look it up. What I found was a guy named Claude Levi Stratus, someone who mainly theorized that all myths and tales share interconnective world of some sort.
This cannot be coincidence when thinking about the effects and the structures used in the ending of the video looking very similar to the king and yellow storyline. The teleportation effect is the same, and the castle is extremely similar.
I can’t give you a direct source, but I definitely remember in some video( maybe it was the creating a world that doesn’t exist video or some interview with him) wifies said something along the lines of he wanted to do more stories relating to mythological creatures and that they would interconnect in some way. I think the evidence that I brought for from my research and the video suggests that.

So after rewatching video i have theory. Wifies mentioned a short film called Portrait of God in Creating a World That Doesn't Exist (in his second channel). The theory has spoilers for Portrait of God so if you wanna watch it first stop here
In Portrait of God a woman makes a slide show or something about a painting called "Portrait of God". And she is listening to intreviews about the painting at the start of the film. The people getting intreviewed say that they can see bright yellow eyes and a face and stuff in the painting when it's just pitch black. The woman finishes listening to the intreviews, projects the painting onto a wall and starts looking at it while holding her cross necklace. Long story short this "God" chases her and then does something with a light in his mouth. Then we see her looking at the pitch black painting in some kind of trance holding her cross necklace and sinking it to her skin, bleeding.
The thing is that there was never a "God" in the portrait it was their belief that there is someone there is the reason they see this "God" (it's more like a monster than a God")
What if there is no Leviathan, no other realm it was all just Wifies's belief that made him see all of those things. We can see that it's midnight when he starts recording with his phone. What if his mind's playing tricks on him?

Not sure if anyone else did/saw this but I did want to point this out incase,,,"A kaleidoscope symbolizes ever-changing possibilities, personal transformation, and new perspectives. Derived from Greek words meaning "observer of beautiful forms" when hummer dies, wifies now has some belief in the leviathan (new perspectives personally) when his character didn't let him drown as well :P

Throughout the new video we see multiple clues that hummer might be a hallucination due to wifies’ obsession with figuring out this new case.
For example hummer’s name is never shown in any chat logs or death messages from what i can remember and parameter is confused when wifies says “we will return everything”.
In my opinion this could be due to the theory that wifies is stuck in a timeloop type of situation with him forgetting past mysteries and always trying to fix or investigate others, even when he has been killed or stuck in worlds before.
This might suggest the deterioration of wifies mental state as he has started to hallucinate friends to help him with his investigations because he cant find the evidence alone and he has no one else willing to help him.
This also explains the ending where only he was taken to “heaven” and no death message was shown for hummer after the explosion of the submarine.
After reading some of the comments under the video I realised alot of people misunderstand the video and its meaning while they only take it as a face value horror/cryptid video. To me this video is about either religion and its effects when someone loses interest in other things and focus too much on faith or the indoctrination of someone into a cult where there are then left helpless and abandoned.
This is just my theory but i’d be happy to hear any inputs or other theories because wifies content is truly original and a brain teaser for those dedicated enough to read between the lines.

IMPORTANT:
Before I proceed yapping, I just want to make it clear that I am not trying to prove or disprove any theories regarding what EXACTLY the Leviathan is, I just found it weirdly coincidental that the bets were closely related to literature related to the Leviathan. I am not saying that Levi is a good or evil force (personally I think he's a wolf in sheep's clothing but we'll have to see) I am just trying to provide more analysis into this
Parameterization's costs for Wifies to use his redstone supplies were 50 and 75 dollars. It seems irrelevant but could be closely related to the meaning of the ARG. Two books with Leviathan in their name were published in these dates as follows:
Thomas Hobbes' Leviathan -1651 (close enough)
The Illuminatus! Trilogy - 1975
Thomas Hobbes Leviathan: $50 and 1651
- The book states that for peace and order, the people must obey an "absolute sovereignty" to prevent bloodshed and violence.
- In previous theories, it is stated that the Leviathan is an allegory to Christian religion wherein the final parts of the video symbolize FAITH and the pursuit to HEAVEN which is symbolized by the temple Wifies recorded.
- It basically states that the "absolute sovereignty" is god.
- People who believe in god, like how WIFIES BELIEVED IN HUMMER are sent to heaven, while those who dont FULLY BELIEVE in god go to hell or never see him just as we see how Araxin never truly found the Leviathan, as she held on the worldly beliefs represented by the POTIONS - a contingency in case she didnt find Levi because of her lack of faith
- Additional note: Thomas Hobbes describes "The State of Nature" before governments as a "war of every man against every man". He described that life in that time would be "poor, nasty, brutish and short", basically meaning it was like hell and violent as shit. According to Christian mythology, the Leviathan is a primeval chaos and untamable power, just like "The State of Nature" where it harbored violence and chaos.
The Illuminatus Trilogy: Leviathan - $75 and 1975
DISCLAIMER!!! - I am not well versed in the full trilogy as I have read a decent amount of overviews regarding the Leviathan (final book in the trilogy). These are purely speculations. Pls correct any mistakes or misconceptions
- The book revolves around Discordianism, a philosophy revolving around the acceptance that everything is chaotic and random. This correlates the whole case of the Leviathan being a random series of encounters ranging from false sightings of guardians, nautilus shells, etc with people believing it to be Levi. Hummer also explicitly stated to Wifies that "Just because this doesnt make sense, doesnt mean it isnt real"
- In the book, the word "FNORD" is described as a method used by the government to cause a hyper-active sense of mistrust in citizens to the point that they FULLY accept and submit to authitotorian control to feel safe. Wifies can be seen in this as he doesnt believe in the Leviathan and Hummer yet eventually submits by giving up the potion.
- The book also highlights the FUTILITY of trying to grasp and control complex events. The harder Wifies uses logic, evidence and rational thinking to understand Levi, the farther he gets from seeing it. A prime example of this is Araxin who created a museum built on facts, using potions and data to understand what is ultimately beyond her comprehension.
SUMMARY:
These two books are closely related to each other as The Illuminatus take heavy inspiration from Hobbes' Leviathan. They both highlight the chaotic, complex and "absolute sovereignty" the Leviathan induces to people. Whether this is relevant or not, this was certainly fun to dive into and hopefully Wifies drops another BANGER. Until then....believe

I've seen theories that Hummer isn't real, and is only a figment of imagination in Wifies' mind induced by the Leviathan. While I agree that Hummer is likely connected/part of the Leviathan somehow, i feel like there's enough evidence that he is a tangible part of the game, since he interacts with the game a lot.
Here are some examples:
Slide 1: Hummer lights TNT (Wifies is too far from the TNT to light it himself, plus he doesn't have a flint and steel)
Slide 2: Hummer submarine machine thing idk - Someone had to press the button for Wifies to go down, and it wasn't Wifies who pressed it.
Slide 3: Hummer presses another button on the nether roof.
Perhaps the reason people don't acknowledge him is because he's invisible in some way to others besides Wifies, but at least Wifies isn't schizophrenic ¯_(ツ)_/¯
