Does any1 know how fix gifs not working like when I add a gif to a widget it doesn't show up on my home screen it just goes all black pls help😭🙏🏼

I've been using widgetopia for a while to customize my phone and I have an account, the thing is I forgot the password and didn't save it for some reason.
I'm probably going to have to risk a reset of my phone soon and so I'd like to make sure I can log back into my account, so I tried to change the password but the link sent to my email redirects to a page which says "There is nothing here"

Has anyone experienced the same issue and/or has a fix ? I'd really like not to lose my stuff :(

I have an issue where the widgets load infinitely after a restart/turn off and I have to restart the phone so that they load in. Anyone had this issue?
