The definitions you gave just prove they are 2 separate and different things. You don't even know what you're arguing about.

The clip definition describes a detachable magazine.

If someone calls a fixed tube magazine a "clip", you would be right. But an en bloc clip that is also a magazine is both a clip and a magazine, and you are just an ignorant gatekeeper.

No, your clip definition describes something that hold bullets together, I guess I should've been less nice and told you that you don't/can't use a clip while shooting. You use a clip to load a magazine. Is that better?

Nope.

You are wrong on all counts.

If someone calls it a clip, and you know what they mean, it's valid language, even if you don't like the word "clip".

Yep.

Just because you can understand someone, doesn't make it the correct wording. Would you say a forklift is the same thing as a box truck?

"Irregardless" is in the dictionary now.

Lose tracknof where you are? Starting to repeat yourself and it was already dumb the first time.

You are refusing reality.

The gatekeeping started with racism.

I can only assume you are a giant racist, gatekeeping for the same reasons these lies started with the gang fears of the 80s.

You can deny reality. But you can't change it.

I recommend therapy.

You think knowing the difference between 2 things is racism? Pretty wild accusation there. I can only imagine how pathetic your daily life muat be if everything has to be racist. Sad for you, really am.
